BEFORE INI TIAL

USE:

Interi or oven surfaces must be heated to remo ve surface oils and the accomp anying odor prod uce d during the first use of the oven.

1.Wipe all wire shelves , sid e racks and the full oven interior wit h a cle an, dam p cloth. Install the oven side racks, ove n shelv es, and external dri p tray.

Shelves are insta lle d with the curve d edge tow ard the bac k of the ove n. Insert the drip pan on the interior bottom surfa ce of the oven.

2.• Close the ove n doors

Press and releas e control ON /OFF key.

Press the COOK key.

Press the up and down arrows to set the cookin g tem peratu re to 300°F (14 9°C).

3.• Press the TIME key.

Press the up and down arrows to set the cooki ng tim e to appro xim ately 2 hours.

Allow the ove n to cycle for appro xim ately 2 hours or until no odor is detected .
