Removal
a. Remove the screws and remove the cover.
b. Remove the screw.
c. Push the optical device out of the computer at point 8.
Removing the Optical (CD/DVD) Device
1.Turn off the computer, and turn it over and remove the battery (page 2 - 5).
2.Locate the hard disk bay cover and remove screws 1 - 4 , and remove the bay cover 5 .
3.Remove screw 6 .
4.Use the screwdriver to push the optical device 7 out of the computer at point 8 .
5.Reverse the process to install the new device.
