ALDES Model HRV 850DFD, | ALDES HRV 850DFD and
ery ventilator designed to exhaust
850DDD is a compact heat recov- | 850DDD
from outdoors. | It is intended for
stale indoor air and supply fresh air | Heat Recovery Ventilator
applications, such as office build-

ings, classrooms, dormitories, res- | PART NO: 850 DFD / 28 107
taurants, health clubs, etc. | 850 DDD / 28 108
It is a technically advanced con- |
| ||
trolled mechanical ventilation sys- |
| ||
tem designed to meet the require- |
| ||
ments of modern, tightly built and |
| ||
highly insulated buildings. It pro- |
| ||
vides a consistent supply of fresh |
| ||
air while lowering heating costs |
| ||
during the winter by transferring |
| ||
heat from the exhaust air to the |
| ||
fresh air stream. During the sum- |
| ||
mer it also reduces the load on the |
| ||
air conditioner by lowering the tem- |
| ||
perature of the fresh outdoor air. |
| ||
(For southern climates, where air |
| ||
conditioning costs are the major |
| ||
concern, it can be provided with an |
| ||
enthalpy core, on special order, to |
| ||
reduce the humidity of the fresh air |
| ||
as well as lower the temperature.) |
| ||
The system provides an economi- |
| ||
cal solution for excessive indoor |
| ||
humidity, odors, | stuffiness, and |
| |
other indoor air pollutants. |
| ||
As the two air streams pass through |
| ||
the HRV, they are separated by thin | GENERAL FEATURES
