4.3Thermal Head Positioning
If you have replaced the thermal head, positioning should be checked. Verify the ribbon running condition as well.
Note:
Make sure of the following prior to the adjustment:
∙Power off the printer
∙Use full width media (labels) 5.2 in./132 mm) when checking.
∙Rotate the head pressure screw clockwise completely.
