Restore or transfer settings

Do one of the following:

mConnect a new iPhone to the same computer you used with your other iPhone, open iTunes, and follow the onscreen instructions.

mReset the information on iPhone. In Settings, choose General > Reset, then choose “Reset All Settings,”“Erase All Content and Settings,” or “Reset Network Settings.”Then connect iPhone to your computer, open iTunes, and follow the onscreen instructions.

When you reset network settings, your list of previously used networks and your VPN settings are removed. Wi-Fi is turned off and then back on, disconnecting you from any network you’re on. The Wi-Fi and “Ask to Join Networks” settings are left turned on.
