Introduction

The following descriptions define important terms used in this manual.

The SPIRIT® Communications System Attendant ConnecT/R provides you with the ability to add a SPIRIT Attendant to your SPIRIT System. It connects to the controller.

The controller is the central processor through which all SPIRIT calls in your company are processed.
