Troubleshooting

No power supply

Check whether the device has been turned on

 

 

 

Make sure that the volume is not 0 and the headset is correctly

 

connected.

No sound from the headset

Make sure that the headset is clean.

 

Damaged MP3 files may cause certain noise or even cannot be

 

played. Make sure the files are complete.
