AVerMedia AVerKey500 Pro User’s Manual
The remote control is not performing well enough.
This may happen when the AVerKey500 Pro is not getting a good reception from the remote.
To get a good reception :
1.The distance between the remote and AVerKey500 Pro must not exceed 7 meters (23 feet).
2.The remote control must be within a 90° angle with the AVerKey500 Pro infrared sensor (see the figure below).
The mouse driver I'm using cannot work with AVerKey500 Pro.
Basically, AVerKey500 Pro can be used with any mouse driver. But since different driver programs support different types of mouse devices, functions or settings, incompatibility problems may occur. To avoid such problems, we strongly suggest you use a mouse driver that is from a
