factory_defaults

The factory_defaults command resets the unit to its factory configuration. When used with a daisy chain, and no argument is given, this command resets all units in the chain. This command is available to the admin user only.

Syntax

factory_defaults [<IPDU#><IPDU_ID>]

Arguments

no argument

Resets all PM IPDUs in the daisy chain to factory default

<IPDU#>

Number of the PM IPDU in the chain

<IPDU_ID>

Identification string previously set by the id command

Examples

To reset the factory defaults, enter:

pm>factory_defaults 1

help

The help command displays the system help message for all commands or for a single command when specified.

NOTE: When the admin user is logged in, the help command displays all commands. When a regular user is logged in, the help command displays only the regular user commands.
