About display control

Thedisplay can be c ontrolledby itsinternal processor or by an optional inserted compact PC. When thecompact PC has granted

thecontrol all IR signals co ming from the RCU will be switched through to the compact PC for further processing.

How to grant control to the compact PC ?

1. Press ENTER to enter the menu structure.

The main menu will be displayed. (menu 11-1)

2. Select Compact PC Control.

Note: Theseselection is only available when the Solaris LC40 isdisplayed the output of the Compact PC (input selection 8).

3. Press ENTER to grant the control to the Compact PC.

The compact PC menu will be displayed.

Normallywith th e EXIT key you can go one step upwards in the menu structure and return on this way to the

mainmen u of the internal processor. If it does not work, use the ADJUST key to force the return to the main

menu.
