4.3 Lamp runtime

Togeneralize for the different projector types, xrefers here to the maximum run time of the lamp. Themaximum ru n

time is given in the specifications.

Lamp runtime indication while running

Independentlyof the lamp mode, when the total runtime of an active lamp (lamp 1 for example) is (x -30) hours or more, a warning

message will be displayed.

Insingle mode, a lamp switch will be executed asfar as the second lamp has not reache d its maximum runtime.

WARNING:Usinga lamp f or more than x hours is dangerous as the lamp could explode.

Thelamp runtim e reset as well as the lamp replacement can only be done by a Barco authorized technician.
