Key Format – You may se lect to u se AS CII c hara cter s (al phan umer ic
forma t) or hexa deci mal d igit s (in the “A–F”, “a– f”, an d “0 –9” rang e) to
be the WEP key.
PassPhrase – A “PassP hras e” si mpli fies the W EP-e ncry ptio n pro cess
by aut omati call y gen erat ing t he WE P-en cryp tion keys for t he Pr int
Serve r.
Default Key – Select one o f the four keys to en cry pt you r da ta. O nly
the ke y you sele ct in the “Def ault key” fiel d wil l tak e eff ect.

within the wire less netw ork. Fill in th e tex t box by f ollow ing t he r ules
below:
