The Print Server List wil l show al l the Pri nt Ser vers
within the networ k. You can find the Print Se rver’s
informati on inclu ding “All -In-On e Print S erver
Name”, “MAC ID”, “IP Ad dress”, an d the dev ice
that is co nnected to the Pr int Ser ver.

Serve r lis t, you w ill see t he “All-I n-One P rint
Server D escript ion” and the “Idl e Timeo ut” set ting
for that P rint Ser ver.

Descrip tion
This description helps u sers id entify t he loca tion
and the na me of the Print S erver.
Idle Time out From here, each us er can k now his /her idl e-
timeout s etting. To avoid oc cupying the prin ter
overtime, each us er can s et the “I dle Tim eout”
from “Opt ion\Gen eral Set ting”. It is used to
disconne ct the co nnecti on after the pri nter is i dle
for a spec ified p eriod of time. By default , there is
no timeou t settin g.
When you c lick on t he prin ter in th e Print-S erver
list, you will see informa tion inc luding “ Status”,
“Computer Name”, an d “Conta ct Infor mation”.
Status This displ ays the st atus of the prin ter incl uding
“Connecte d”, “Idle”, and “Bus y”. When t he
status is “Connec ted”, it in dicates that you are
connecti ng the MF P. When the status i s “Idle”, i t
indicates that the printe r is not b eing us ed. When
the statu s is “Bus y”, it ind icates t hat anot her user
is using t he print er to sca n, prin t, etc.
