Manually Configuring Network Adapters
2. Select “Network ” (1) from the “System Pr eferences” menu.
3. Select “Built-in Eth ernet” (2) next to “Show” in the “Net work” menu.

4. Select the “TCP/IP” tab (3). Next to “Configure” (4), yo u should see “Manu ally”
or “Using DHCP”. If you do n ot, check the PPPoE tab (5) to make sure t hat
“Connect using PPPoE” is N OT selected. If it is , you will need to co nfigure your
Router for a PPPoE connec tion type using you r user name and pa ssword.
5. If “Manually” is s elected, your Router will need to
be set up for a static IP connection type . Write the
address information in the table below. You will ne ed
to enter this information into the Router.
6. If not already sele cted, select “Usin g DHCP” next to
“Configure” (4), then c lick “Apply Now”.
Your network adapter(s) are now configured for use with the Router.
