Password Setup Instructions:
This feature grants users the access level to change the Private Network Name of both the local & the remote HomePlug devices. Password is required if one is to change the Private Network Name of each devices within the powerline network in order for all devices to be able to communicate & synchronize with each other within the network.
1.To enter a password for a specific device, select the device and click on the Enter Password button at the bottom of the lower panel to call up the Set Device Password dialog box.
2. Then type in the password in the blank provided and press OK.
Note: The password of each HomePlug device can be found at the back of the device.
