DSA MAX EQUALIZER

Press the softkey 5 assigned to the “ADJUST” display item.

Press the softkey 5 assigned to the “MANUAL” display item.

You can adjust the equalizer for the front and rear loudspeakers separately.

Press the softkey 5 assigned to the “FRONT EQ” display item for the front loudspeakers or “REAR EQ” for the rear loudspeakers.

The graphic equalizer settings are dis- played.

To select the frequency,

repeatedly press the joystick 8 left or right until the frequency that you want is displayed.

Adjust the gain for the frequency by moving the joystick 8 up or down.

The values appear graphically in the display whilst you are adjusting the equalizer.

Adjust all the settings for both channels as described earlier on.

Press the joystick OK 8 or the AUDIO button : to close the menu.

The settings are saved.

Selecting an equalizer

After calibration has taken place or af- ter you have finished making manual adjustments,

press and hold down the AUDIO button : for longer than two sec- onds.

Press the softkey 5 assigned to the “USER EQ” display item.

Press the softkey 5 assigned to the display item of the equalizer that you want to use.

Press the joystick OK 8 or the AUDIO button : to close the menu.

The settings are saved.

Resetting the equalizer

You can reset all the automatically as- certained values of the selected equal- izer.

Press and hold down the AUDIO button : for longer than two sec- onds.

Press the softkey 5 assigned to the “USER EQ” display item.

Press the softkey 5 assigned to the display item of the equalizer that you want to reset.

Press the softkey 5 assigned to the “ADJUST” display item.

Press and hold down the softkey 5 assigned to the “CLEAR” dis- play item for longer than two sec- onds.

The automatically ascertained values of the equalizer are cleared.

Press the joystick OK 8 or the AUDIO button : to close the menu.

The settings are saved.
