Useful tips
•Once you have lit the charcoal, wait 25 to 30 minutes or until the char- coal is covered with a thin grey coating before you start barbecuing.
•The upper lid opening must remain open while you grill. Make sure you wear barbecue gloves when you change any settings.
•Only use
•If you use ignition fluid, please allow it to soak into the charcoal for a few minutes before lighting it. Please ensure that no fluid collects in the bottom of the pan.
•Always remove the lid to the side when grilling – never upwards – as this can otherwise result in suction which causes the ashes to rise and fall onto what is being grilled.
