ACCESSORIES
Your hand mixer comes with three accessories.
–STIRRING WANDS (3)
–The stirring wands smooth the mixture and prevent it from forming lumps. They are also suitable for preparing blancmanges, flans, etc. and mayonnaise.
–This attachment may draw significantly less power or current.
–DOUGH HOOKS (4a, 4b)
–The dough hooks are particularly suitable for mixing vari- ous types of dough such as bread and yeast dough.
–The maximum rating is based on this attachment.
–WHISK (5)
–The whisk lends itself to incorporating air into a mixture, as in the whipping of egg whites, cream, meringues and mousses.
–This attachment may draw significantly less power or current.
