Track and Race Levels
Level 1 is the easiest (or slowest) and Level 21 is the most difficult (or fastest). This feature allows you to travel a certain distance in less or more time. Levels can be changed at anytime during your workout by pressing the Level INCREASE and DECREASE keys.
The following table shows the speed in miles per minute, kilometers per hour and strides per minute at various levels for a given rotational pedal axle speed (60 RPM).
