The MUM 4750 UC power units has the following tures:

-A high torque drive used for whisks, dough hook and meat grinder attachment and other attach< ments requiring more torque.
Each of these drives is controlled by the 4<speed e tronic control providing 12distinct shaft speeds opti< mizing the motor speed for different loads encoun< tered by different attachments.
Four locking positions place attachments in the mos ergonomic position for their use, see figure 2b.
"M" is a momentary pulse function that provides full speed and power for the time it is held in this po
