Maintenance and Lubrication Schedule

	Inspect lift for rattles	Correct as needed.
	Check drive chain tension.	Pull out and lock manual release cable. Adjust
		chain tension as needed. See Drive Chain
		Adjustment.
	Inspect inner roll stop and linkage for:	Resecure, replace or correct as needed. See
	• Proper operation. Roll stop should rest solidly on	Inner Roll Stop Adjustment Instructions.

	Check stow height/lifting arm alignment	Lifting arms should be horizontal, aligned with

		Switch).

	Lifting arm slots in rolling horizontal carriage arm	Apply Door-Ease - See Lubrication Diagram.

		wipe off excess.

	Deploy lift, remove inboard and outboard lower	Use compressor and nozzle to remove all debris
	pans and blow out housing. Blow off platform	from housing. Clean outboard lower pan slot
	also.	and apply Antisieze to slot before reinstalling
