Remove 2 screws from bottom flange (securing bracket to bottom of cart) and remove bracket assembly.

Remove filler bracket from bracket by pulling upward.
Discard filler bracket.
Remove 2 screws from bottom flange (securing bracket to bottom of cart) and remove bracket assembly.
