Setting the Speaker Volume

You can adjust the MFC’s one-way speaker volume.

Press Menu, 1, 4, 3.

Press or to select

(Low, Med, High or Off).

Press Set.

Press Stop/Exit.

In Fax mode, you can adjust the speaker volume by pressing

Hook/Hold, and then selecting a speaker volume level.

Press or to adjust the volume l evel. The LCD shows the setti ng

you are choosing. Each key press changes the volume to the nex t

setting. The new setting will remain until you change it again.

Setting the Handset Volume

Press Menu 1, 4, 4.

Press to select High or Low,

and then press Set.

Press Stop/Exit.

You can adjust the handset vo lume any time you are talking on

the telephone. There are two ha ndset volume levels, Low and

High. The default setting i s Low.

Press or to adjust the volume level. The LCD shows the

setting you are choosing. The new setting will remain until you

change it again.
