How to fax
Manual transmission
Manual transmission l ets you hear the dial ing, ringing and
fax-receiving tones while sending a fax.

If it is not illuminated i n green, press (Fax). Load the
original document.

Pick up the handset and listen for a dial tone.

Enter the fax number using t he dial pad, One-Touch,
Speed-Dial or Search.

When you hear the fax tone, press Start.

Replace the handset.
Automatic transmission
This is the easiest way to send a fa x.

Enter the fax number using t he dial pad, One-Touch,
Speed-Dial or Search.

Press Start.
You must not pick up the hands et phone or press Hook/Hold
to listen for a dial tone.
