1Turnlever.the power off and lower the presser foot

2Raise the needle to its highest position by turning the handwheel toward you (counterclockwise) so that the mark on the handwheel points directly up.

4Pull down the needle threader lever as much as possible, and then turn the lever toward the back of the machine (away from you). Make sure that the hook passes through the eye of the needle and grabs the thread.
