Call service messages

When any of the following messages appear on the LCD, turn off the printer. Wait a few seconds, and

then turn the printer on again. If this does not clear the problem, call your dealer or Brother Customer

Service. Tell them the message number for quick troubleshooting.

ERROR S01

SERVICE CALL Fatal error EX Turn off the printer. Wait a few seconds, and

then turn it on again.

ERROR S02

SERVICE CALL ADRL error EX Turn off the printer. Wait a few seconds, and

then turn it on again.

ERROR S03

SERVICE CALL ADRS error EX Turn off the printer. Wait a few seconds, and

then turn it on again.

SERVICE CALL Bus error EX (INSTRUCT) Turn off the printer. Wait a few seconds, and

then turn it on again.
