The base station is not charging the handset
Power adaptor might not be properly plugged into the base station.
You could be using the wrong power adaptor.
The handset might not be in the charger correctly.
The batteries may not be fitted correctly.
Check that the base station is plugged into the mains socket and switched on.
Check you are using the correct power adaptor, item code 872260.
Check that your handset has slotted correctly into the base station charger.
Make sure the batteries are correctly fitted into the handset.
