At a glance

Handset

Red light

To indicate that the phone is ringing or in use.

Volume buttons

Use to adjust the handset earpiece speech volume and handset and base ringer volume.

Secrecy button

During a call press to mute the call so your caller cannot hear you talk to someone close by.

Talk button

Use to make, receive and end calls.

Keypad

Recall button

For use with a switchboard/PBX and BT Select Services.

To redial one of the

5 last numbers called.

Also used to enter a pause in a stored number.

Menu button

Use to access the options in the menu.

Calls

To view the last 20 calls/most recent calls.

Phonebook button

Use to store 50 names and numbers and dial numbers from the phonebook.

Conference button

Allows you to hold a three-way conversation.

Internal button

To make internal calls between handsets registered to the base.
