CHARGER/DÉCHARGER LA CLOUEUSE

Toujours débrancher l’outil de l’alimentation d’air avant de charger ou de décharger les attaches. Choisir le type d’attache à utiliser pour le projet. Il y a des attaches supplémentaires dans les centres de rénovations principaux.

Charger la cloueuse.

1.Enfoncer le verrou et reculer le couvercle du chargeur.

2.Insérer un bâtonnet de clous Campbell Hausfeld ou l’équivalent (voir la section « Attaches ») dans le chargeur. S’assurer que les extrémités pointues des clous reposent sur le bord inférieur du chargeur en chargeant. S’assurer que les clous ne sont pas sales ou endommagés.

3.Enfoncer le couvercle du chargeur vers l’avant jusqu’à ce que le loquet s’engage.

Décharger la cloueuse

1.Enfoncer le verrou et reculer le couvercle du chargeur.

2.Retirer les clous.

3.Enfoncer le couvercle du chargeur vers l’avant jusqu’à ce que le loquet s’engage.

AJUSTER LA PÉNÉTRATION DU CLOU

Le CHN70200 est doté d’une fonction d’entraînement à profondeur ajustable.

Ceci permet à l’utilisateur de déterminer la profondeur d’une attache dans la surface de travail.

1.Ajuster la pression de service à une pression qui entraînera les attaches de manière constante. Ne pas dépasser la pression maximale de service de 690 kPa (100 lb/po²).

2.Pour enfoncer le clou moins profondément, tourner la molette vers la gauche à la profondeur recherchée.

3.Pour enfoncer le clou plus profondément, tourner la molette vers la droite à la profondeur recherchée.

4.S’assurer que la gâchette et que la pointe de contact (PC) se déplacent librement vers le haut et vers le bas sans grippage ou collage après chaque ajustement.

INSTALLER L’EMBOUT ANTI-MARQUES

1.Débrancher l’alimentation d’air de la cloueuse.

2.Retirer l’embout anti-marques du poste de rangement.

3.Placer l’embout anti-marques avec soin sur l’extrémité de la pointe de contact.

4.Vérifier que la PC et que la gâchette se déplace librement vers le haut et vers le bas sans accrochage ou grippage.

RETIRER L’EMBOUT ANTI-MARQUES

1.Débrancher l’alimentation d’air de la cloueuse.

2.Retirer l’embout anti-marques de la pointe de contact.

3.Replacer l’embout sur le poste de rangement pour le réutiliser.
