Shoot with minimal camera shake and subject blur. In scenes where subject movement is minimal, continuously shot images can be combined to reduce camera shake and noise.

z is displayed on the left side of the screen in scenes without people.

zWhen is displayed, press the shutter button all the way down. Images will shoot continuously, and then be combined.

zWhen the icon is not displayed, press the shutter button all the way down to shoot a single image.

•Because the camera will shoot continuously when is displayed,

hold it steady while shooting.

•In some scenes, images may not look as expected.

•When is displayed, the flash will not fire even in low-light conditions.

•Even in scenes containing people, continuous images will be shot when the flash is set to !.

• When using a tripod, shoot in Amode (p. 47).
