Changing the Thumbnail Image of a Scene

For scenes recorded in mode, you can change the thumbnail image that will appear in the baby album ([9] index screen).

Operating modes:

SCN

1Open the [9] index screen (A46).

2 Play back the desired scene.

3When the image you want to use as the thumbnail image of the scene appears, touch the screen and then touch [Ý] to pause the playback.

4Open the [Set Thumbnail] screen.

[Edit] >[Set Thumbnail]

5Bring the scene to a precise point if necessary.

Playback controls will appear on the screen (A48). Use any special playback modes (fast playback, frame reverse/advance) as necessary to locate the desired point.

6Set the displayed frame as the scene's thumbnail image.

[Set] >[Yes]

NOTES

•Only the thumbnail of the scene displayed in the baby album ([9] index screen) will change.

•Dividing a scene whose thumbnail image was changed will reset the scene’s thumbnail image.
