Close-up Lens 250D (58 mm)

This lens, with a 58 mm-threaded diameter, makes macro shooting easier. With the camera in macro mode, it can shoot subjects as close as 10 cm (3.9 in.) from the lens tip.

You are recommended to use Macro Ring Lite MR-14EX or Macro Twin Lite MT- 24EX for flash photography with the close-up lens mounted on the camera.

When using the built-in flash to shoot, a portion of the image in the viewfinder may appear to be blocked by the wide converter or tele-converter and appear dark.

When using the viewfinder to shoot, a portion of the image in the viewfinder may appear to be blocked by the wide converter or tele-converter.

Set the focal length of the camera’s lens to telephoto when using the close-up lens.
