Following the list of messages for the camcorder you can find separate lists for
Accessing the memory card. Do not remove the memory card.
-You opened the memory card slot cover while the camcorder was accessing the memory card or the camcorder started accessing the memory card as you opened the memory card slot cover. Do not remove the memory card until this message disappears.
Back up recordings regularly
-This message may appear when you turn on the camcorder. In the event of a malfunction, recordings may be lost so back up your recordings regularly.
Buffer overflow. Recording was stopped.
-The data transfer rate was too high for the memory card in use and the recording was stopped. Replace the memory card with one rated Speed Class 2, 4, 6 or 10.

Cannot convert
- Cannot access the memory card. Check the memory card and make sure it is inserted cor- rectly.
-You inserted a MultiMedia Card (MMC) into the camcorder. Use a recommended memory card (037).
-There was an error creating the file name. Set 88[Photo Numbering] to [Reset] and initialize the memory card or delete all the photos (0108) and all the scenes in the [For Web Upload] and [For DVD Burning] index screens (059).
Cannot copy
-The total size of the scenes you selected to copy exceeds the available space on memory card Y. Delete some recordings on the memory card (059, 108) or reduce the number of scenes to copy.
