Scanning with the Scanner Button

APlace the scanning side of the documents face down into the scanner, and press the start button on the scanner.

CaptureOnTouch starts automatically, and scanning begins.

BSelect the output method when scanning is finished.

CAfter configuring the output settings, click the output button ([Save] in this example) to process the scanned images.

The power indicator may blink slowly when the USB cable is connected and the feed tray is opened. When this occurs, wait for the power indicator to stop blinking and light steadily before using the scanner.
