Asegúrese de que el interruptor del modo de enfoque del objetivo EF esté ajustado a manual ( F-1 ). Efectúe el enfoque con el anillo de enfoque manual del objetivo ( F-2 ).

Exposición automática (AE)

Este adaptador retransmite al objetivo EF las señales de control de abertura (iris) de la videocámara para poder activar las funciones de exposición automática (AE).

A. Grabación con pulsador AE

Como los objetivos EF fueron diseñados para usar con cámaras de vídeo de imagen fija, su motor produce un ruido mayor que el del objetivo de la videocámara. Por tal motivo, si activa la función AE durante la grabación, se podría grabar el ruido del motor del objetivo. Para evitarlo, utilice el botón pulsador AE sólo cuando los ajustes de exposición sean absolutamente necesarios.

1.Presione el botón pulsador AE ( G ).

2.Después que la videocámara ajuste la exposición, suelte el botón pulsador AE.

El ajuste de la exposición permanece fijo en el punto en que se soltó el botón.

B. Grabación con la palanca de AE

La exposición automática (AE) continuará operando mientras esté bloqueada la palanca de AE.

La exposición automática (AE) no funcionará mientras la AE programada de la videocámara esté

ajustada a Manual o Av. Ajuste la exposición manualmente.

1.Gire la palanca de AE en el sentido de las agujas del reloj para bloquear la operación ( H-1 ).

2.Gire la palanca de AE en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj para desbloquearla ( H-2 ).

Precauciones

Como los objetivos EF son de un diseño óptico diferente de los objetivos de vídeo, su empleo en las videocámaras implica ciertas restricciones en la función AE. Cuando grabe sujetos iluminados con una luz brillante, instale un filtro ND o utilice una mayor velocidad del obturador.
