This causes “ ” to appear on the monitor screen.
• If “ ” (PLAY Mode) is on the monitor screen, make
sure that the lens cover is open and then press the shutter button or [ ] (PLAY). This will switch to the currently selected REC Mode.
3. Point the camera at the subject.
4. While taking care to keep the camera still, half- press the shutter button.
When the image is in focus, the camera will beep, the operation lamp will light green, and the focus frame will turn green.
