This section describes more advanced setting you can use to make drum pad play more enjoyable.

Using the LIGHTING GUIDE SYSTEM

The LIGHTING GUIDE SYSTEM of your Digital Drum lets you select from among various modes that make drum pad play more enjoyable.

To select the LIGHTING GUIDE SYSTEM mode

1. In any mode, press LIGHT.

2. Rotate the dial left or right to cycle through the available LIGHTING GUIDE SYSTEM modes until the one you want is displayed.

The following describes what each LIGHTING GUIDE SYSTEM mode setting does.

When you want this type of pad lighting:

Select this mode:

Pads flash to let you know which one you must strike next

F1

: Lesson

Pads flash to let you know which one you must strike next, and

F2

: Dual Light

light when you strike them

 

 

Pads light whenever you strike them

F3

: Synchro

Pads do not light

F4

: Off

Important!

Note that the pads themselves do not light and flash. Instead, the rings around the pads do.

3.After you are finished, you can press another button to change to another mode.
