Deleting Recorded Data

The following procedure deletes a specific track of a song.

IMPORTANT!

The procedure below deletes all of the data of the selected track. Note that the delete operation cannot be undone. Check to make sure you really do not need the data in digital piano memory before you perform the following steps.

Press the RECORDER button so its lamp is lit.

Press the RECORDER button again so its lamp is flashing.

Use the LR button to select the track you want to delete.

• This causes the lamp of the selected track to flash.

4. Hold down the RECORDER button until the lamp of the track you want to delete flashes and the lamp of the other track is off.

Example: To delete Track 2

Flashing: Delete standby

5. Press the LR button.

This deletes the selected track and enters playback standby.

To cancel the delete operation, press the RECORDER button in place of the LR button.

NOTE

Only the digital piano’s LR button and RECORDER button are operational from step 4 until you actually perform the delete operation in step 5. No other button operation can be performed.
