Door is left open or held open by food package.
It is hot weather.
Door is opened frequently.

Poor ventilation
You should change the water filter at least every 2 years or when the water capacity or the
filter more frequently due to the difference between water properties.
1. Remove the old filter by turning the filter cartridge handle anticloclwise.
Frost or ice crystals form on food.
Frost within package is normal.
Door is left open or held open by food package.
Door is opened frequently or kept open too long.
Food is placed near the vent.
Unpleasant odour
Food with strong odours should be tightly wrapped.
Food is deteriorated. 
Compartments need cleaning.

1.After installing a new water filter, discard all ice produced during the first 24 hours.
2.If the fridge drinking dispenser or ice maker has not been used actively for an extensive
period of time, or ice cubes have an unpleasant taste, change the water filter. Note 3. Air trapped in the system may cause water and filter cartridge to eject. Use caution
when removing.
