carefully because they include important safety
information about the install ation, usage, and maintenanc e of this product.
It is important to read all these notes before st arting to work with this pr oduct.
There are no user serviceable part s inside this product. Any reference to
servicing it you may find from now on in this User M anual will only apply to
properly CHAUVET® certified technician s. Do not open th e housing or attempt
any repairs unless you are one of them.
Please refer to all applicable loca l codes and regulations for the proper
installation of this product.
Keep this manual for f utu r e c on sultation. If you sell this product to an o t her user,
make sure that they al so receive this manual.
Personal Safety
• Avoid direct eye exposur e to the light source while t h e f ixture is on.
• Always disconnect this product from its power source befor e servicing.
• Always connect this pr oduct to a grounded circuit to avoid th e ris k of el ectrocution.
• Do not touch this product’s housin g wh en op erating because it could be hot.
Mounting and Rigging
• This product is for ind oor use only! To prevent ris k of fire or shock, do n ot expose
this product to rain or moisture.
• This product is for outd oor use (IP66). However, do not submerge it.
• This product is for outd oor use and it can be sub merged (IP67). However, d o not
submerge it deeper than 1 m.
• This product weighs XX lbs (XX kg) . Al w ays as k f or h elp wh en mounting this
product to avoid personal injuries or damage to th e unit.
• Make sure there are no f lammable materials clos e to this product while oper ati ng.
• When hanging this prod uct, always secure it to a fastening devi c e using a safety
cable (not provided).
• Do not carry this fixtur e from the head; carry it f rom the base instead.
Power and Wiring
• Always make sure that you are connecting this produc t to the proper voltage, as
per the specifications in this man u al or on t h e pr oduct’s sticker.
• Never connect this produc t t o a dimmer pack or rheostat.
• Make sure the product’s h ousing or power cable are not cracked, crimped, or
damaged.
• Never disconnect this pr oduct by pulling or tugg ing on the power cable.
Operation
• Do not operate this fixture if you see damag e on the housing, lens es, ultraviolet
filter, or cables; have the damaged parts replaced by an authorized tec hn ic i an at
once.
• Do not cover the ventilati on slots when the fixtur e is operating to avoid int ernal
overheating.
• The maximum ambient tem perature (Ta) is 104° F ( 40° C). Do not operate t his
product at a higher temperature.
• In case of a serious oper ating problem, stop using this product immediatel y!

LEDs gradually decline in bri ghtness over time, mostly bec ause of h eat. Pack aged in
clusters, LEDs exhibit higher operat ing temp eratur es than in id eal or singular op timu m
conditions. For this reason, using all color LEDs at their full est intensit y significantl y
reduces the LEDs’ lifespan. Und er normal c onditi ons, this lif esp an can be of 40,0 00 to
50,000 hours. If extending this lif espan expectancy is vital, lower the operational
temperature by improvi ng f ixture ventil ation and r educing th e extern al t emperatu re. I n
addition, limiting the overall pr ojection intensity may also help t o ext end the LEDs life.
