Transceivers and Connectors Supported by the Cisco Nexus 2232TM FEX
The Cisco Nexus 2232TM FEX supports SFP+ Ethernet optical and copper transceivers and optical FEX
Transceivers (FETs) for up to eight fabric uplink connections to the Cisco Nexus 9396PX switch.
The Cisco Nexus 2232TM FEX also supports RJ-45 connectors for up to 32 downlink connections to
hosts. Table 3 -2 lists the transceivers and connectors supported by this FEX for its uplink and downlink
connections.
