If your computer does not automatically obtain an IP address from a DHCP server (check this with
your network administrator), follow these steps.
Double−click My Computer, Control Panel, Network and Dial−up Connections.a. Right−click Local Area Connection and select Properties from the shortcut menu.b.
Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) from the list of components, then click Properties.c.
