El radio VHF CobraMarine debe instalarse en la embarcación antes de utilizarlo.

Elija un lugar para su radio donde éste sea fácilmente accesible y teniendo en mente los siguientes factores:

Los cables a la pila y antena deben ser lo más cortos posible.

La antena requiere montarse como mínimo a 0,9 m del transceptor.

El radio y todos los altoparlantes tendrán que estar suficientemente distantes de cualquier brújula magnética para que ésta no se desvíe debido al imán del altoparlante.

El aire deberá fluir libremente alrededor de las aletas del disipador de calor, en la parte posterior del transceptor.

La radio VHF CobraMarine incluye un kit de montaje superficial que permite instalarla en prácticamente cualquier superficie horizontal plana.

Para montar el transceptor en prácticamente cualquier superficie plana:

1.Utilice la pieza de montaje como plantilla para taladrar los agujeros para los tornillos de

montaje.

2. Sujete el soporte de montaje a la superficie elegida con los tornillos y arandelas de dicho soporte.

3.Sujete el transceptor al soporte de montaje con los pomos de Bloqueo de Inclinación.

4.Incline el transceptor a un ángulo conveniente y apriete los pomos de Bloqueo de Inclinación.
