There is no power to the device .
Ensure that the power cord is securely connected to the unit and the
proper wall outlet.
Ensure that the voltage selector has been set properly (110V or 220V).
There is no sound.
Ensure that the speaker connecti ons are secure and corr ect.
Try adjusting the volume.
Ensure that the player is in the proper mode (CD, UD ISK, SD/MMC,
Radio).
Ensure that headphones are not conn ected to the unit.
The sound is distorted.
The unit may be positioned to o closely to a large a ppliance (e.g, a
TV or refrigerator). If possible, turn the appliance off or move the unit
to another location.
Ensure that the radio is in broadcas t reception range.
Decrease the volume level.
