CD or DVD drive cannot read a Compact Disc or Digital Versatile Disc.
Disc is upside down or is improperly inserted in the CD or DVD drive.
CD is CD Plus or Pregap/Track 0 type.
Open the loading tray, lay the CD label side up in the tray, then close the tray.
Cannot read these types of CDs in 24X. Remove the CD.
