Removal and Replacement Procedures

4.Lift up on the left side of the TouchPad 1 until it disengages from the top cover (Figure 5-15).

5.Swing the TouchPad up and back 2 and rest it on the top cover.

6.Disconnect the TouchPad cables 3 and 4 from the system board.

7. Remove the TouchPad.

Reverse the preceding procedure to replace the TouchPad.
