HOW TO RAISE THE HANDLE
1.Loosen the knobs and raise the upper handle to the upright position. See Figure 2. Allow the control rod to swing freely.
2.Tighten the knobs. Make sure the knobs are to the outside of the handles
as shown in Figure 2.

3.Insert the end of the control rod from
left to right through the hole in the quill support arm. Attach with hair pin found in parts bag. See Figure 3.
4.When the clutch lever is in NEUTRAL
position, the quill support arm must be close to the screw as shown in Figure 4.
