It you want all the slices to be perfect, it's nest to process one layer at a time

Long fruits and vegetables Trim food like bananas, celery, and zucchini by culling them into ■pieces a lillle shorter than the feed tube. Cut both ends Hat. (Use a rulei as a guide, or the pusher assembly wilh the pusher pulled out as far as it will go.)
