1 cup red berry preserves
1 tablespoon suga r
1 tablespoon fre sh lemon juice

to consumers only. You are a c onsumer if you own a Cuisinart®
SmartPower Classic™ 6-S peed Blender that was purchased at re tail for
personal, family, or hous ehold use. Except a s otherwise requi red under
applicable state law, this warranty is not avail able to retailers o r other
commercial purchaser s or owners.
We warrant that your Cuis inart® SmartPower Classic™ 6-Speed B lender
will be free of defects in material or work manship under nor mal home
use for three years f rom the date of origin al purchase. We sugg est that
you complete and return the enclosed warra nty registration c ard
promptly to facilitate ver ification of the date of original purchas e.
However, return of the warrant y registration card is not a condition of
this warranty and do es not eliminate the n eed for the consum er to
maintain the original proof of purchase. I n the event that you do not
have the proof of purchas e date, the purchase date for purposes of this
warranty will be the d ate of manufacture. If your blender shoul d prove
to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair it (o r, if we
think it necessary, re place it) without ch arge to you.

for use with the Cuisin art® SmartPower C lassic™ 6-Speed Ble nder
accessories and rep lacement parts. These warranties ex pressly
exclude any defects or da mages caused by ac cessories, replac ement
parts, or repair se rvice other than those that have been authorized by
Cuisinart. These wa rranties do not cover any damage caused by
accident, misuse, ship ment, or other than ordinary househ old use.
These warranties exclud e all incidental or consequential dam ages.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of or li mitation of incident al or
consequential damage s, so the foregoing limitation may not ap ply
to you.
California residents m ay also, at their pref erence, return nonc onforming
products directly to C uisinart for repa ir or, if necessary, re placement by
calling our Consumer Service Center tol l-free at 1-800-726-0190.
Cuisinart will be re sponsible for the c ost of the repair, repla cement, and
shipping and handling for such nonconform ing products under
warranty.
Before Returnin g Your Cuisinart ® Product If you are experiencing
problems with your Cuis inart® product, we suggest that you call our
Consumer Service C enter at 1-800-726-0190 befo re returning the
product for servici ng. Often, our Con sumer Service Re presentatives
can help solve the prob lem without having th e product servic ed. If
servicing is neede d, a Representative can confirm whether the product
is under warranty an d direct you to the n earest service location.
