UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the gift box contain ing your Cuisinart® Sm artPower Classic™
6-Speed Blender on a flat, sturdy surface before unpacking.
2. Remove instruction booklet a nd other printed materials from top of
corrugated insert. Nex t remove the top corrugated insert.
3. Remove the corrugated inser t containing the blend er base from
box and set aside.
4. Carefully lift blender jar assembly. Be careful not to tip the jar
when removing.
5. R emove any additional literature from the box.
To assemble the blender, follow the A ssembly instructions on page 4 of
this instruction booklet. Replace all corrugated inserts in the box and
save the box for repackaging.
Before using for t he first time : Wash all parts acco rding to the
Cleaning and Maintenance s ection on page 6 of thi s booklet to remove
any dust or residue.
